Always keeping creativity at the heart of her work, Camilla has progressed her career through the film, music and events industries.
Her ability to inspire and mould teams and to connect with clients and stakeholders has seen her work across the globe in leadership roles; running her own businesses and those of international agencies and brands.
A natural born leader and storyteller, she has worked to create and produce stories and experiences by building and curating teams who are optimised and motivated to deliver.
Beginning 20 years ago at TV New Zealand, she quickly moved into a variety of film and TV production roles which culminated in 2004’s hugely successful “Julian and Camilla’s World Odyssey” documentary series on the Travel Channel.
Combining her skills in content production and knowledge of brands and marketing, she further embarked on creating branded content for global companies such as Red Bull and agencies Hogarth & Ogilvy, before opening up her own agency in 2011 to create content for a range of clients in documentary, animation, film and branded content formats.
In 2017 Camilla was tapped by Chimney Group to become Executive Producer of their APAC region, based in Singapore. Here she built a production team to create engaging content for a number of network agencies including MullenLowe, DDB, SK2 and VMLY&R. In 2018 she was promoted to Managing Director and has grown Chimney Singapore to become a leading creative studio, growing to now employ 25 staff and work with global brands such as Netflix, Dyson, Facebook and Google.
An eternal optimist, Camilla always looks to push boundaries while solving problems. She is curious and full of ideas, driven each day by the possibilities to connect with the world around her.
As such she is now leading Chimney Group’s vision and purpose around the region and the globe to become the best creative studio in their field.
