Martin Delamere joined Addiction Worldwide after five years as Network Creative Head at BSkyB. In 2002 Martin established the Sky Creative Agency, working with Dawn Airey, and led it to become one of Europe’s most powerful in-house creative agencies. He was also Chairman of Promax UK in 2007. Martin’s specialist subjects are brand creation, positioning and communications strategies.

Simon Amster has worked for some of the biggest names in international broadcast, most recently as UK, Scandinavian and emerging markets Creative Director for Disney and as Global Creative Director for NBC Universal. He has been responsible for re-branding channels across the world and creating award-winning digital and experiential campaigns. Most importantly he is the father of three beautiful girls, supports Arsenal and would one day like to own a giant schnauzer.

In a world where one design agency is pretty much the same as another, how do we provide a better service for clients and engage our consumers on a deeper level. Ad agencies have used strategic solutions as the basis for their creative routes for years, but TV brand experts were just happy to put a pretty logo on the screen, but now clients demand so much more, and design for design's sake is on it's last legs. How do we as creatives embrace these solutions? How can we work with clients to enhance their proposition? Clients are sometimes too close to their own brand to see the strategic solution, but how do you tell them the way forward without pissing them off?
